Old Business:
1. Motion to amend and approve minutes of 12/19/05 was passed unanimously.
2. At the meeting of 01/09/06, there was no quorum, so the meeting was adjourned.
3. Further discussion of new forms to be associated with our new zoning bylaw was postponed, due to the absence of Chairman McAlister.
New Business: None
Meeting adjourned at 7:25.
